Rivers of Fire

Here is a photo of the incredible Bushfires on Hobart's Eastern Shore that threatened many homes here yesterday. I cannot remember when it has been this hot so early in the summer (it's still spring?) Combine that with the dryest conditions, strongest winds and throw in a few arsonists and you get the most dangerous bushfire conditions in 40 years.
